1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, please allow extra time as we need to verify your information before confirming your order.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Standard Shipping: Free for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on our website or directly through the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship to addresses within India.
6. Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service team at trust@attributes.in.
In the event of a delivery delay or lost package, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Attributes is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
